When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information needed to deliver it and support you:

• Your name, delivery address, phone number and email address.
• Your order history and items saved in your cart.
• Messages you send us (email or the contact form).

We do not see or store your full card, UPI or wallet details — online payments are processed by our payment partners on their secure systems.

• To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to send order updates by SMS/email.
• To handle returns, exchanges and support requests.
• To keep your account working and your cart saved between visits.
• To meet legal and tax obligations that apply to sellers in India.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

We use a small number of first-party cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and remembering your light/dark theme choice. We do not use advertising cookies.

We share only what is required with partners who help us run the store: courier companies (name, address, phone for delivery), payment processors (to complete your payment), and our website hosting providers. Each partner may only use the data to provide their service.

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax and warranty/return purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. All traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account. Write to us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

For any privacy question, correction request or complaint, contact us at support@poshwaa.com (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST). We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
