Shipping
- Dispatch
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays & holidays).
- Delivery time
- Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping cost
- Free shipping on all orders over ₹999. A flat ₹49 applies to smaller orders.
- Tracking
- You'll receive tracking details by SMS/email once your order ships.
Payment
- Cash on delivery
- Pay in cash when your order arrives — available across India.
- Online payment
- Cards, UPI and wallets are supported at checkout, securely.
Returns & Exchange
- 7-day returns
- Not quite right? Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
- How to return
- Go to My Orders, open the delivered order and tap “Request return” on the item — we'll review it and arrange a free pickup where available. No restocking fee.
- Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
