Terms of Service
These terms apply whenever you browse poshwaa.com or place an order with us. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders & acceptance
An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email/SMS. We may cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount paid) if an item is out of stock, a price or listing error occurred, or the delivery address can't be serviced. You'll be informed promptly in any such case.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. You can pay online (cards, UPI, wallets — processed securely by our payment partners) or choose cash on delivery. For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready at delivery.
Shipping & delivery
Orders dispatch within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays) and typically arrive in 3–6 business days across India. Shipping is free over ₹999; a flat ₹49 applies below that. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and have their original tags. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching us. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for activity under your account. Please make sure your delivery details are accurate — we can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Product information
We work to display colours and details accurately, but screens vary — minor colour differences between photos and the delivered product can occur and aren't a defect. Measurements in the Size Guide are approximate ranges.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — the Poshwaa name, logo, photography and text — belongs to Poshwaa and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Questions or complaints about an order or these terms: email support@poshwaa.com (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST). We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
